Just downloaded and installed the final version of Windows Live software pack
Useful set of applications including
Windows Live Mail (a desktop based email client)
Messenger (desktop based IM client)
Toolbar (Internet Explorer add-on)
Spaces (Web-based blogging service)
Photo Gallery (desktop based photo and video app)
Writer (desktop based blog editor)
OneCare Family Safety (desktop based family security)

I like the IPod touch and iPhone as well
Very much objects of desire and function
Still my N95 and old nano serve me well for now
I have to say whilst I have only briefly used Apple computer hardware the latest Macs are a tempting proposition
The cost is very reasonable compared to a Windows PC and if required you cant install Apples Boot Camp and run native XP or vista
When/if funds permit I would like to see a 24" iMac sitting on my desk

Just set up Blogger with my gmail account and am using windows live writer to edit and update this blog
This is all new to me but using the live writer app makes posting so easy
